Custom mats can be made the same working day when ordered on a weekday. Delivery then depends on the service you choose: 2–3 working days for standard delivery, or 1–2 working days with Royal Mail for £2.99.

 

Can I return a personalised mouse mat?

Because each personalised mouse mat is made to your own design, we cannot accept returns for change of mind or if you simply no longer want the item. If your mat arrives faulty, damaged or does not match your order, please contact us and we will put this right.

 

Will I see a preview before it’s printed?

We don’t routinely send previews before printing. If you would like to see a preview of your design before it is printed, please request this in the Special Instructions box when ordering. Please note that requesting a preview may delay production while we wait for your approval.
